Refund Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This policy covers purchases made in the Titan Shop. In short: if you have not downloaded the files yet, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. Once you download them, we cannot take them back, so refunds are limited to cases where the product is broken or not what we described.
14 days, before download
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not downloaded the files for that licence.
Our system records whether a licence has been used to download a package, so we can check this without asking you to prove anything.
After you download
Once the files have been downloaded, the purchase is final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
The reason is simple: these are digital game files. Once they are on your machine, a refund cannot undo that, and we have no way to retrieve them.
By starting a download you confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand this ends your right to withdraw from the purchase. If you are in the EU or UK and want to keep your 14-day withdrawal right, simply do not download the files until you are sure.
If the product does not work
The above does not limit your rights when something is genuinely wrong. If a product is broken, will not install, or is materially different from what the product page described, contact us.
We will try to fix it first. If we cannot make it work for you, you get a refund — even if you already downloaded the files.
Please give us the details when you write: which product, what you tried, and what happened. Screenshots or a server log help a lot.
What is not refundable
We cannot refund a purchase in these cases:
- You bought the wrong product but already downloaded it, and it works as described.
- The product works, but you decided not to run the server or mod any more.
- Your licence was suspended because it was shared or redistributed in breach of the Terms of Service.
- A third-party change outside our control (for example a DayZ update) temporarily breaks compatibility, and we are actively working on a fix.
How to request a refund
Write to us through the contact form on this site with your order details, or contact Lemon Squeezy directly using the receipt they emailed you.
Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) is the Merchant of Record for Titan Shop orders, which means they process the payment and the refund itself. We decide whether the refund is due under this policy; they move the money.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically a few business days.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with your order, please talk to us before opening a chargeback. Almost everything is faster to solve directly, and a chargeback automatically suspends the licences on the account while the case is open.
