Aolos is a scripted PvE creature: knife-harvestable for a unique mutant part. Its size is freely adjustable, and it can be given custom abilities – such as exploding on death, dropping a unique item, turning invisible, or how much it staggers when shot. All properties are set easily in the profile folder.
