Who we are

dayz-launcher.com is operated by Adam Kormendi, an individual based in Hungary. Titan Shop orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC) as Merchant of Record. See the Site Operator page for details.

Your account

You can sign in with Steam, Discord or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for everything done through it.

Keep your account details accurate enough that we can reach you about a purchase. If you lose access to the provider account you signed in with, you may lose access to the licences attached to it.

One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.

The free tools

The server browser, statistics, maps, knowledge base and launcher software are provided free of charge and as-is. We try to keep the data accurate and the service up, but we do not guarantee either.

Server information is collected from public sources and from the servers themselves. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

Do not scrape the site, hammer our endpoints, or use automated tools to extract the database in bulk. If you want data, ask us.

What you buy: a licence, not the files

When you buy a product in the Titan Shop, you do not buy ownership of the add-on. You buy a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

We remain the owner of everything we made: the models, textures, configs and the packaged files.

The licence is bound to your account. It is not tied to a single server, so you can move it, but it stays yours.

What the licence lets you do

With a valid licence you may:

• Download the files for the product you bought.
• Install and run the add-on on the DayZ servers you authorise from your account, up to the number of servers stated on the product page.
• Let the players on those servers download and use the client-side files, as the game requires.
• Buy a licence extension later if you need it on more servers.

What the licence does not let you do

You may not:

• Share, resell, rent, sublicense, publish or otherwise pass the files to anyone else.
• Upload the files to the Steam Workshop, a file host, a Discord server, a torrent, or any other place where others can obtain them.
• Use the add-on on servers you have not authorised from your account, or let someone else use your licence.
• Decompile, unpack, re-export, modify or reuse our assets to create your own or a derivative add-on.
• Remove, disable, bypass or tamper with the licence checks built into the files.
• Claim the work as your own.

Licence checks

Our products contain licence protection. Servers running the add-on report to us which server is using which licence, so we can tell an authorised install from an unauthorised one.

You see these reports in your account and decide which servers to allow or block. We record the reporting server address and time; the Privacy Policy explains what is stored and for how long.

This exists to stop redistribution, not to watch you. We do not read your server files or your players.

If the licence is breached

If we find that a licence has been shared or the files redistributed, we may suspend or revoke the licence and the account, without a refund.

We will normally contact you first, because a lot of cases turn out to be a misconfiguration or a server someone forgot to authorise. Repeated or deliberate redistribution is different, and we will act on it.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are shown on the product pages in euro and include what you pay us; any sales tax or VAT is handled by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.

Delivery is digital and immediate: once the payment is confirmed, the licence appears in your account and the download is available.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or retire products, and we may update the files of a product you own — usually to fix a bug or keep up with a DayZ update. Your licence follows the product.

If a product is retired, licences already bought keep working, but we may stop updating it.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Liability

The site and the products are provided as-is. We do not promise they are error-free or that they will suit a particular purpose.

We are not liable for damage caused by using the site or the add-ons, including lost server data, downtime or lost income, except where the law does not allow us to exclude that liability. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

The maximum we are liable for, in any case, is what you paid us for the product concerned.

DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s. This site is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.

Everything we sell is our own original work.

Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your own country.

Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, their own terms also apply to the payment itself.
